Valuation Ready (ABN 65 397 914 685) publishes the app.
The short version: the app sends nothing anywhere. There is no account, no sign-in, no server, and no analytics. Everything it records stays on your device until you decide to move it yourself.
What the app records, and where it keeps it#
The app makes no network requests of any kind. There is no upload, no sync, no crash reporting and no usage tracking. Everything below is written to the app’s own folder on your device, not to your photo gallery.
You can reach that folder yourself, and that is deliberate. On iPhone it appears under On My iPhone → Valuation Ready in the Files app; on Android you choose where the record goes when you export it. That is how you move the record off the device, because the app has no way to send it for you. No other app can read it unless you hand it over — by opening it from the Files app, or by sharing it yourself.
The photographs you take or choose. The app itself never re-encodes, crops, compresses or strips a photograph, because a record is only useful if the file is the original. What actually reaches the app depends on how the photograph got there, and on one path your phone changes it before the app ever sees it:

Took it with the camera on iPhone or iPad iOS hands the app a newly saved JPEG, not the file the camera wrote. The original is never made available to the app. Information the camera recorded, including location, is not carried into it. So on an iPhone or iPad, a photograph you take inside the app carries no location data — and the fingerprint below is of that file, which is the one in your record. On every other path the file is the original and any location it held remains. If you would rather no photograph ever carried a location, turn location off for the camera in your device settings before you start.
A SHA-256 fingerprint of each photograph. This is a short code calculated from the file’s contents, so that you — or anyone you later show the record to — can confirm the file has not been altered since. Any standard SHA-256 tool produces the same value; you do not need us to check it.
The details you type about the record: a record identifier, a property identifier, the date the record is about, and what you are making it for. The app does not ask for your name, your email address or your phone number, and has nowhere to send them if it did.
The time a photograph was taken, read from the photograph’s own information where the file carries it.
If you use your device’s own backup — iCloud, or Google’s backup — that backup may include the app’s files, in the same way it includes your other data. That is your backup of your own device, and we have no access to it.
Deleting the app deletes what it has stored. You can also clear the record from within the app.
Permissions the app asks for, and why#

The app never uses the camera or reads your library in the background.
If you send a record to us#
The app does not send it. If you decide to give us a record, you move the folder yourself and send it however you would send any other file. From the moment it reaches us, the privacy policy describes what we do with it, how long we keep it and who it may be disclosed to.
Children#
The app is not directed at children and is not designed for their use.

Contact details, and how to make a privacy complaint or ask what we hold about you, are in the privacy policy. Because the app stores everything on your device and sends us nothing, we generally hold no app information about you to give you or correct.
